Magic Mats
Magic Mats are manufactured from a flexible vinyl and special flexible epoxy coating, with extremely hard aggregates locked in. Other laminates are introduced in various stages of the process for extra strength and flexibility.
The product is designed for heavy industrial applications i.e. It can withstand Hyster and heavy machinery use. It can also be fitted in kitchens, canteens, passageways, ramps and busses.
The product is non static and chemically resistant (see table) with a 3 year heavy duty wear and tear guarantee.
Installation:
The product may be glued or fixed down to almost any surface. The product may also be laid down using a PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) water based adhesive as a peel and stick backing. In this case, the product should be edged with sealant to prevent ingress to the water based adhesive in the underlay.
