Our Treads are an extremely robust anti-slop surface made from the highest quality materials available.<\/p>\n<p>Tread backing is manufactured using 304 stainless steel, 3CR12 or galvanise which is bent at a 90 degree angle with a radius of 4mm. This angle creates a grip for the foot. A special flexible twin pack epoxy with alumina oxide or silicon carbide grit is introduced along with material restrain. This unique mix results in an effective non slip finish with extremely strong cross sectional strength.<\/p>\n<p>The Tread product range:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SABS Tested<\/li>\n<li>Custom Made to order<\/li>\n<li>Instantly improves safety as the product can be used immediately after installation<\/li>\n<li>Unaffected by extreme weather conditions<\/li>\n<li>Withstand vibration harmonics and are non-static<\/li>\n<li>Approved for heavy Industrial applications and resistant to most chemicals<\/li>\n<li>Long lasting, guaranteed for normal wear and tear<\/li>\n<li>Designed to work in oils, greases, fats, dusts, grimes and water with a neoprene safety boot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Installation:<\/p>\n<p>The product is installed by means of 5mm bolts, nyloc nuts and 3mm galvanised or stainless steel clamps.
